Church initiative and campaign design are where KP Communications began, and they remain one of our most strategic and meaningful service areas today. What started in 2014 as a passion for helping churches clearly communicate vision has grown into a refined process that supports pastors, leadership teams, and congregations through seasons of growth, generosity, and renewal.
Whether your church is launching a stewardship campaign, casting vision for expansion, introducing a new ministry, or guiding your congregation through a focused spiritual initiative, every piece we design is created to serve your mission, not distract from it.
This isn’t just graphic design. It’s strategic communication that moves people toward action.

Each campaign is fully customized, but services may include any of the following:
- Theme & Logo Design - The goal is to create a cohesive visual language that works seamlessly across print, digital, and environmental applications so your message is instantly recognizable from stage screens to social media.
- Guidebooks & Journals - Each piece is designed for readability, durability, and alignment with your initiative’s overall theme. Layout, typography, interior margins (especially for bound books), and user experience are all thoughtfully considered so your congregation can engage fully without distraction.
- Vision Briefs & Executive Summaries - These materials are structured to tell the compelling story of where you are, where God is leading, and how your people can be part of it.
- Commitment & Response Materials - Each piece is designed to reduce confusion and increase clarity, helping your congregation respond confidently and prayerfully.
- Invitations & Save the Dates - Created to match your brand, these invitations and save the dates help keep your people aware of important dates within your campaign.
- Tee Shirts & Other Merch - From tee shirts to mugs, keychains to bracelets and more. This helps to provide a tangible piece with your theme and brand on it for your people to keep the project top of mind.
- Posters & Banners for Display - Large format print materials are designed and printed to showcase your theme graphics in a large display.
- Video & Web Design - Digital assets are designed for cohesion across platforms, ensuring that whether someone encounters the initiative online or in-person, the experience feels unified.

HOW IT WORKS
As your creative partner, my priority is to fully understand your project and deliver exceptional results from start to finish. In order to do that, here's what the process typically looks like.
DISCOVERY & DIRECTIONWe begin the design process with a conversation to listen, clarify goals, and define direction. This step ensures that you get a custom project that fits both you and your audience well.
|
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENTWith a full understanding of your needs, creation begins and is guided by strategy.
You will receive the initial designs within our target timeframe. From there, we will revise as needed. |
REFINE & FINALIZEAfter revisions and approval, you will receive final files for printing, publishing, or use as needed. Your final files will be built to the proper specs, and you will have a polished, production-ready project.

FAQ
How do projects typically work? Each engagement begins with discovery conversation. I'll have questions for you, and I'm happy to answer any questions you have for me. This call will start us off with clarity, defining goals, scope, and the best approach for the work ahead.
WHEN CAN WE GET STARTED?This may sound odd, but I typically work backward to determine our timeline. Starting with the date you need your project completed or materials in hand, I will create a timeline for us that includes your custom creation, editing, and finalization of files. This typically happens shortly after our initial discovery conversation.
Will you make revisions for me?Of course! I always include edits in any proposal I provide. Additional revisions beyond that will be billed at my hourly rate, as specified in the proposal you will sign before our work together begins.
what does payment look like? For most services, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to officially begin your design project. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project. I'll send an invoice for the deposit and final payment to make the process simple.
|
will you help with printing?Absolutely. I'm happy to help with the printing process and even gather printing quotes from trusted vendors for you to compare. I can also submit press-ready files to the printer for you. And if you have a preferred print vendor, I’d be happy to work with them as well.
What is a typical turnaround time? This depends on the project. But once I understand the scope of the project and various pieces in play, I can communicate timelines up front. This will help us stay on track and meet any deadlines you have.
Can we keep working together after my project? There would be no greater compliment. I have had several clients come to me for their first project and then reach back out again for something else. I also offer retainers exclusive to past clients who want to continue our design relationship.
